just got back from that new car wash downtown & staff were super friendly, greeting everyone w/ a smile. The whole process was really efficient, took about 15 minutes from start to finish. they even gave a free upgrade to the deluxe wash, which included a nice tire shine and interior vacuum. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, with free coffee and water.
