El Car Wash - Merritt Island

I just got my car washed at this new place downtown and I was really impressed with they're eco-friendly practices. They use a water recycling system, which I thought was amazing. The staff told me that they're able to reuse up to 80% of the water they use, which is a huge reduction in waste. They also use biodegradable soap and microfiber towels, which is great to see. The actual wash itself was really thorough and my car looks brand new again. The staff were friendly and explained everything they were doing, which was nice. what really stuck with me though was the attention to detail they had for the environment, it's clear they're making a real effort to reduce their impact. I'll definitely be going back there again, it's great to support a business that shares my values.

The whole experience was a breeze, from the friendly attendant who checked me in to the complimentary vacuum & towel dry at the end. I was a bit worried about the high-pressure sprayers, but they seemed to know just the right amount of pressure to use on my old girl's delicate paint job. The only thing that would've made the experience better is if they'd offered a senior discount - a retiree's gotta save his pennies somehow, right All in all, I'm happy to have found a car wash that treats my classic car with the care and respect she deserves. I'll definitely be back, and I'll make sure to bring my grandkids along so they can learn how to properly wash a car.
