I just got back from the most thorough car wash I've had in a while. i took my car to this new place that just opened up down the street, & I was really impressed w/ the attention to detail they gave it. From the moment I pulled in, the staff were friendly and courteous, and they explained all the different options they had available. I opted for the deluxe package, which included a wheel cleaning and a wax coating, and it was totally worth it. the whole process took about 20 minutes, which was pretty quick considering how dirty my car was. They even cleaned the tires and the wheel wells, which is something that usually gets missed at other car washes I've been to. The best part was when they dried my car - they used these big microfiber towels that left it streak-free and spotless. when I got back in my car, it smelled amazing and the interior was spotless. They even vacuumed the floors and wiped down the dashboard, which was a nice touch. The only thing I noticed was that they missed a small spot on the rear bumper, but it was barely noticeable and didn't detract from the overall experience overall, I was really happy with the service and I'd definitely go back - my car has never looked better!

While I did have to wait for about 10 minutes before it was my turn, the time passed quickly & I was able to stay in my car until it was time to pull into the wash bay. This helped to make the wait feel less tedious, and I appreciated the convenience of not having to get out of my car until it was necessary. overall, I was satisfied with my visit to ur car wash and would consider returning in the future. The quick service and attention to detail made for a positive experience, and I appreciated the effort to minimize wait times.
