Dear Owner, I recently visited you're car wash for the first time and I must say, I was impressed with the overall experience. From the moment I pulled in, the staff was friendly & welcoming, directing me to the correct lane & explaining the different wash packages available. I opted for the deluxe wash and was pleased to see the attention to detail that the team provided, from the pre-wash rinse to the final dry. The wash itself was thorough and my car looked great afterwards, with all the dirt and grime removed and a nice shine to the paint I was also impressed with the cleaning of the wheels and tires, which can often be a neglected area. The staff worked efficiently and had me in and out in a reasonable amount of time, considering it was a busy Saturday afternoon. What really stood out to me, however, was the customer service. the staff were all smiling and seemed to genuinely enjoy they're work, which made for a pleasant experience. They also took the time to answer my questions & made sure I was satisfied w/ the wash before I left. Overall, I was happy w/ my visit & would definitely consider returning to your car wash in the future.
