I think I only waited about 10 minutes before it was my turn, which isn't bad at all. the staff was friendly and got me checked in right away, and they even offered me a free upgrade to the deluxe wash package, which was a nice touch. The wash itself was great, my car looks brand new again. the only thing that would have made it better is if they had a way to get the cars through even faster, maybe some kind of express lane or something. But overall, I was happy with the service and would definately go back.
