i recently visited the car wash and was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of their service. As someone who values their time & dislikes waiting in line, I was impressed by the swift check-in process & the relatively short wait before my vehicle was being washed. The staff were courteous and helpful, promptly addressing any questions I had and ensuring that I was aware of the various wash packages available.

The wait area at this car wash is really something - there's a whole table full of refreshments, including a coffee machine that's always stocked w/ creamer & sugar. The coffee is pretty decent, too, not that watery stuff some places try to pass off. While the car was being washed, it was nice to grab a cup and sit down in the comfortable seating area, which has big windows so you can watch the whole process.

From the moment I pulled in, the staff were friendly & directed me to the correct lane. the attendant quickly scanned my ticket and got me started on the wash process.
